Summary:The Oracle Fusion SeniorSoftware Engineer is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and continuously improving Oracle Fusion technical solutions across enterprise Finance, Supply Chain Management, integrations, reporting, data movement, and platform extensions. This role fills a critical capability need within the Oracle technical team by strengtheningexpertiseinOracle Fusion reporting, FBDI conversions, Oracle Integration Cloud, VBCS/VBS, FDI, BICC, and Redwood modernization. The ideal candidate brings deep Oracle Fusion technical experience, strong delivery discipline, and the ability to partner across business stakeholders, functional teams, architects, QA, support teams, and engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and supportable Oracle solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, enhance, and support Oracle Fusion technical solutions across Finance, Supply Chain Management, ERP, and related Oracle Cloud modules.

  • Develop and support Oracle Fusion reporting and extraction solutions using BI Publisher, OTBI, Fusion Data Intelligence, BICC, and related reporting technologies.

  • Build, troubleshoot, and support FBDI-based data conversion and load processes, including validation, error resolution, and repeatable execution patterns.

  • Configure and support ESS jobs, scheduled processes, and related automation used for Oracle Fusion data movement and operational processing.

  • Design, develop, and support Oracle Integration Cloud integrations, including orchestration, mappings, connections, lookups, error handling, monitoring, and production support.

  • Develop and support VBCS applications and VBS-based extensions that improve Oracle user experiences and enable scalable business processes.

  • Support Redwood page customization and Redwood migration activities for standard and custom Oracle pages, ensuring solutionsremainmaintainable andupgrade-compatible.

  • Develop and support ORDS APIs and integration patterns where needed to expose data and enable secure application connectivity.

  • Create, review, and troubleshoot SQL and PL/SQL solutions that support reporting, integrations, conversions, and application extensions.

  • Partner with product owners, business analysts, functional leads, architects, QA, support teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

  • Participate in technical design reviews, deployment planning, release validation, production support, and root cause analysis for complex Oracle Fusion issues.

  • Ensure solutionscomply withdevelopment standards, security expectations, operational controls, documentation requirements, and enterprise architecture direction.

  • Providetechnical guidance, code review, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to engineers and team members across Oracle reporting, integrations, extensions, and data movement capabilities.

  • Improve team delivery maturity by documenting standards, reusable patterns, support procedures, onboarding materials, and technical decision records.

  • Stay current with Oracle Fusion, OIC, VBCS, VBS, FDI, BICC, and Redwood capabilities to recommend practical improvements and modernization opportunities.

RequiredQualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5+ years of Oracle technical development, enterprise application development, integrations, reporting, or related software engineering experience.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud technical development across Finance, Supply Chain Management, ERP, and related Oracle Cloud modules.

  • Expert-level experience with FBDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, Fusion Data Intelligence, and BICC.

  • Expert-level experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and VBCS.

  • Knowledgeable experience with ESS, VBS, ORDS, Redwood page customization, and Redwood migration.

  • Working knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, App/Page Composer, SQL, and PL/SQL sufficient to troubleshoot, support, and collaborate across technical delivery teams.

  • Experience supporting production issues, performing root cause analysis, and improving operational reliability for Oracle Fusion solutions.

  • Ability to provide technical direction, conduct code and design reviews, and mentor engineers through complex Oracle technical work.

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, release management, documentation, testing, quality, compliance, and security expectations.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across business and IT stakeholders.

  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and help grow team capability in a fast-paced Oracle platform environment.

  • Experience in large enterprise SaaS environments with complex business processes and cross-functional delivery teams.

  • Experience creating reusable technical patterns, standards, onboarding materials, andsupportdocumentation.

  • Experience supporting Oracle modernization initiatives, including Redwood migration and reduction of legacy customizations.
