As a Manager, Oracle EPM on the Business Finance team, you will be responsible for...

  • Leading Oracle EPM engagements that support finance transformation initiatives across planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and analytics processes
  • Gathering business requirements and translating them into Oracle EPM solution designs, configurations, testing plans, and deployment activities
  • Managing project workstreams, deliverables, and client stakeholders across multiple phases of implementation and optimization efforts
  • Advising clients on finance process improvement opportunities enabled by Oracle EPM, data modernization, and AI-driven insights

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of experience in finance transformation, enterprise performance management, or Oracle EPM implementation
  • 4+ years of experience implementing Oracle EPM applications
  • 4+ years of experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities
  • 2+ years of experience leading project workstreams or teams
  • Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree
  • Experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud applications including Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, Account Reconciliation, or Enterprise Data Management
  • Experience with at least 1 full lifecycle Oracle EPM implementation
