Job description

Job Summary (Oracle Tech Lead):
- Serve as the technical authority for a large-scale Lead-to-Cash modernization initiative.
- Lead the architecture, design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle CPQ and Oracle Order Management solutions.
- Configure complex product models, pricing structures, workflows, and commerce processes in Oracle CPQ.
- Oversee end-to-end system integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise middleware.
- Ensure seamless data flow into downstream Financials and Accounts Receivable systems.
- Establish and enforce technical standards, best practices, and architecture governance through code reviews.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and executive leadership to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
- Guide and mentor Oracle implementation teams as a Tech Lead or Solution Architect.
- Leverage extensive experience with Oracle CPQ (BigMachines), Oracle Order Management (Cloud or EBS), and Lead-to-Cash business processes.
- Utilize strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive project success.
- (Preferred) Possess Oracle Cloud certifications in CPQ or Order Management and experience leading enterprise Oracle implementations through go-live.
