Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Shipping & Receiving Coordinator / Specialist to lead and support daily warehouse logistics operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments, managing documentation, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining ERP system records for inventory and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee all shipping and receiving activities, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and customer requirements.
  • Inspect and verify incoming deliveries against invoices, packing lists, and purchase orders; report discrepancies and initiate resolution.
  • Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments, including commercial invoices, packing slips, and export compliance forms.
  • Process and fulfill customer orders within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Perform receiving and inventory transactions in the ERP system, including inventory adjustments, returns, and product assembly tracking.
  • Schedule and coordinate pickups and deliveries with freight carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL), ensuring cost-effective and on-time transportation
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve shipment issues and improve logistics processes.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company standards.
  • Support quarterly cycle counts and end-of-quarter shipping deadlines.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping/receiving, logistics coordination, or related warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word; experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems preferred.
