Job Overview:
Seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Solutions Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with HR, IT, Payroll and other business units to implement and optimize Oracle HCM solutions. Main Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them into system requirements for Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Scheduling, Benefits, Reporting etc). Solution implementation: Lead and support the configuration, customization, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions. Business analysis: Analyse business requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose system enhancements or improvements. Data analytics: Prepare reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools using Oracle HCM data. User acceptance testing: Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), document issues, and track resolution. Data migration: Assist with data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Training and support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. Job Description Attached Key Responsibilities
Lead design workshops with HR and talent acquisition stakeholders to define end-to-end Recruiting and Talent Management processes, translating business requirements into robust Oracle HCM configurations while adhering to best practice.
Architect and configure Oracle Recruiting Cloud including job requisition workflows, candidate pipeline management, interview scheduling, offer management, and mandated internal posting.
Integrate Oracle Recruiting with Position Management to ensure requisitions are tied to approved positions with correct Location Codes, Department, and Grade/Salary Band data across all facilities.
Configure offer management workflows enforcing approval thresholds and compensation rules in compliance with collective bargaining agreements.
Design and implement Oracle Talent Management modules including performance management, succession planning, and career development ensuring integration with Core HCM and Recruiting for a seamless talent lifecycle.
Provide expert guidance on Page Personalization, Security, Approval Workflows, Validation Rules, and Redwood Pages configuration across Recruiting and Talent modules.
Develop recruiting dashboards and talent reporting using OTBI covering hiring metrics, time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, performance outcomes, and succession bench strength by facility and job family.
Govern the functional and technical design documentation for all Recruiting and Talent configuration decisions, maintaining traceability to business requirements.
Lead testing cycles, coordinating test scenario design and stakeholder execution across HR, talent acquisition, and operational teams.
Own cutover planning and go-live readiness activities for Recruiting and Talent Management workstreams.
Mentor junior analysts and serve as the escalation point for functional design questions across the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management tracks.
Required Qualifications
Oracle HCM Cloud certification in Talent Management and/or Recruiting strongly preferred.
Minimum 2 years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience with deep emphasis on Recruiting Cloud and Talent Management modules.
Minimum 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, including at least one in a large healthcare or public sector environment.
Demonstrated experience configuring requisition workflows, candidate pipelines, and offer management with multi-level of approvals.
Strong understanding of how Oracle Recruiting integrates with Position Management, including position-driven requisition creation and headcount control.
Experience working in multi-union environments with obligations governing internal posting, seniority-based selection, and offer approval chains.
Familiarity with PeopleSoft legacy recruiting and position data for migration and cross-reference during Oracle cutover.
Experience implementing Redwood Pages and using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) is a strong differentiator.
