Protiviti is looking for a Technology Consulting Senior Manager to join our growing Oracle team.
What You Can Expect
As a Senior Manager, you'll partner with our clients to identify and manage risk. You'll develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking, and devise solutions to support your clients' needs through using the latest tools and methods. You'll develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery. You'll foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also be a mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.
The Senior Manager - Oracle Cloud Data Conversion, Security & Controls will lead complex, enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud (Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, OCI) transformation programs with primary accountability for data migration/conversion strategy & execution and security architecture, role design, segregation of duties (SoD), and internal controls configuration.
This leadership role combines deep technical expertise, program management, stakeholder alignment, and risk/compliance focus. The successful candidate will guide cross-functional teams (functional, technical, data, security, and testing), ensure data integrity and audit readiness, and deliver secure, high-quality Oracle Cloud environments that meet regulatory and business requirements.

Data Conversion & Migration Leadership (40-50%)
  • Own end-to-end data conversion strategy, roadmap, and delivery for large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations/migrations (legacy → Oracle Fusion Cloud)

  • Define data migration approach, tools, sequencing, validation framework, and cutover strategy across Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, Projects, and EPM domains

  • Lead data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, and enrichment activities

  • Design and oversee ETL/ELT processes using Oracle-provided tools (e.g., Oracle Data Intelligence / File-Based Data Import, HCM Data Loader, FBDI, Oracle Integration Cloud, Syniti, Informatica, etc.)

  • Manage data quality, exception handling, reconciliation, and mock/pre-production conversion cycles

  • Partner with functional leads to resolve complex data issues and ensure traceability from source to target

  • Establish governance, KPIs, and reporting for data migration progress, quality, and risk

Security & Controls Leadership (40-50%)
  • Lead design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud Application Security (Fusion Security Model):

  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Job, Duty, Data, and Segment security

  • Security Console configuration, aggregate privileges, custom roles

  • Architect and enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies using Oracle Advanced Access Controls (AAC) / Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC)

  • Implement and optimize Advanced Financial Controls (AFC), Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC), and transaction monitoring controls

  • Design and deploy Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) security controls where applicable (IAM policies, network security, encryption, key management, logging & monitoring)

  • Lead security & controls assessments, gap analysis, remediation planning, and audit support (SOX, SOC, ISO 27001, GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

  • Establish security governance, role certification processes, access request workflows (Advanced Access Request), and continuous control monitoring

  • Collaborate with internal audit, compliance, and risk teams to ensure control framework meets regulatory and organizational standards

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of senior consultants, data architects, security specialists, and conversion developers (onshore + offshore model)

  • Serve as key escalation point for data, security, and controls issues across the program

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client C-level executives, IT leadership, finance, audit, and compliance stakeholders

  • Contribute to practice development: accelerators, templates, methodologies, training assets, and sales support (proposals, demos, scoping)

  • Drive quality assurance, risk management, issue resolution, and change control across data & security workstreams

  • Proven track record leading teams of 8-20+ resources in complex, multi-year transformation programs

  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (at least 2-3 of: Financials, Procurement, HCM, SCM, Projects, EPM)

  • Experience with Oracle data migration tools and techniques (FBDI, HDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, Data Exchange, etc.)

  • Experience supporting SOX compliance, internal/external audits, and regulatory requirements in cloud environments

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, IS)

  • 7+ years working in professional services or industry.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.

  • Professional Oracle certifications strongly preferred.

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Oracle Cloud / Oracle Applications implementations

  • 5+ years leading data conversion/migration workstreams on Oracle Fusion Cloud projects (multiple full lifecycle implementations preferred)

  • 5+ years hands-on experience designing and implementing Oracle Cloud Security & Controls (Fusion Security, AAC, AFC, RMC, SoD, GRC)

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud (Advanced Access Controls / Financial Controls)

  • Exposure to OCI security constructs and hybrid cloud architectures

  • Familiarity with data quality & governance tools (Informatica, Talend, Syniti, Oracle Data Intelligence)

  • Experience with large-scale cutover and hypercare support

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.
$137,000.00 - $219,000.00
Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.
