Job description

Sr. SOA Suite Administrator

The project is to provide production support and develop enhancements for the WV Integrated Eligibility application - eRAPIDS M&O Project.

The team consists of 1 Lead and 3 developers. Skillsets include Java, Corticon, Oracle SOA Suite, Weblogic, SQL.

The ideal candidate background includes:

  • Strong experience with Oracle SOA Suite 12c software - Administration, development, and Production support
  • Good SQL skills
  • Experience working with SOAP Web services
  • Experience working with Integrated Eligibility systems

Top responsibilities for this position include:

  • 20% of time developing new enhancements
  • 50% of time for support, maintenance and monitoring
  • 30% of time to develop fixes for existing production incidents

Required skills/attributes include:

  • Eight (8) years of experience in Oracle SOA suite, must include configuration, building and maintaining interfaces on Oracle SOA suite.
  • Five (5) years of programming experience in writing Services and UI components.
  • Five (5) years of system analysis and programming experience on large scale systems, including working directly with customers to define their needs and product outputs satisfying those needs in a pre-determined time frame.
  • Three (3) years of J2EE programming experience with the last six (6) months using Core Java.
  • Three (3) years of experience with public assistance programs such as TANF, SNAP and Medicaid.

Preferred skills/attributes include:

  • Experience working with Integrated Eligibility systems.
  • Experience upgrading from Oracle SOA 11g to 12c.
