The Team

Our Supply Chain team works as a trusted advisor to CSO’s, CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and key executives. We advise, implement and deliver as-a-service solutions, helping our clients develop strategies and capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision-making, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organization.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Cloud Functional Lead with deep expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Cloud applications and a proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programs. The successful candidate will combine strong functional knowledge, business process expertise, and implementation experience to help clients realize value from their Oracle Cloud investments.

You will lead end-to-end implementations, advise clients on best practices, manage stakeholder relationships, and help organizations achieve measurable business outcomes through technology-enabled transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end Oracle SCM Cloud implementations across global and complex transformation programs.
  • Design and configure Oracle SCM Cloud solutions, including:
  • Inventory Management
  • Manufacturing
  • Logistics
  • Order Management
  • Procurement
  • Global Order Promising (GOP)
  • Advanced Pricing
  • Costing
  • Define future-state business processes aligned with industry leading practices.
  • Conduct workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution design reviews with client stakeholders.
  • Lead system demonstrations, conference room pilots, and solution validation activities.
  • Support deployment, hypercare, and post-go-live optimization initiatives.
Functional Design & Delivery
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
  • Develop process flows, use cases, gap assessments, and functional specifications.
  • Create and validate RICE objects (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, and Extensions).
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution development and deployment.
  • Lead testing activities including SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production readiness assessments.
  • Deliver training programs, support documentation, operating procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
  • Engage effectively with executives, business users, project teams, and delivery leadership.
  • Lead cross-functional workstreams while ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
  • Mentor junior consultants and guide project teams toward successful delivery.
  • Manage competing priorities and ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule and within scope
Experience
  • 7-10+ years of Oracle Supply Chain Management experience.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in one or more of the following functional domains:
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Inventory Management
  • Shipping and Logistics
  • Global Order Promising (GOP)
  • Advanced Pricing
  • iSupplier
  • iProcurement
  • Cost Management
  • Proven experience delivering multiple full lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
  • Experience leading global transformation programs involving complex business and system landscapes.

Estimated annual compensation will be $154375 - $193125
