Aon is hiring for a Sales Operations Analyst for our AICPA group.
This is a hybrid position, based out of our Fort Washington, PA office.
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and enhancing the digital experience for AICPA Member Insurance Programs. You will coordinate with Aon Business Unit Leadership, sales teams, carrier partners, and the AICPA to develop and implement integrated marketing and sales strategies. Your responsibilities will span client relationship management, digital marketing, sales operations, data analysis, and process optimization. What the day will look like:
  • Strategy & Coordination
    • Collaborate with Aon leadership, CNA counterparts, and AICPA to plan and implement marketing and communication strategies aligned with brand objectives.
    • Integrate marketing activities with sales strategies to support business goals and drive member participation.
    • Partner with Sales Leaders and Marketing to optimize funnel metrics, sales pipelines, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Digital Marketing & Client Experience
    • Leverage Salesforce and digital tools - Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Brightedge - to support sales and marketing initiatives.
    • Guide the creation and promotion of content across all channels with a focus on use by sales colleagues. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and tone.
    • Analyze website and social media metrics to improve the member digital experience and grow the opt-in base.
    • Support and direct social media strategy with content managers and third-party agencies to enhance sales colleagues professional/personal brand in the marketplace.
  • Sales Operations & Data Analysis
    • Lead UAT testing, act as a Salesforce expert, and provide CRM support to sales teams.
    • Develop training materials and user documentation for marketing and sales processes.
    • Organize and analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, create efficiencies, and maximize productivity.
    • Monitor digital performance, oversee reporting, and recommend corrective actions based on analytics.
    • Prepare and present reports and dashboards on key metrics for leadership and carrier partners.
    • Process Improvement & Compliance
    • Define, build, and track optimal sales processes to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
    • Proactively identify and implement process improvements based on business results and feedback.
    • Ensure CRM compliance and champion digital transformation initiatives to enhance client engagement.
  • Relationship Management
    • Nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including AICPA, state CPA societies, Territorial Administrators, and carrier partners.
    • Serve as the face of Aon for external clients, maintaining professionalism and upholding brand standards.

Skills and experience that will lead to success:
  • 3 to 5 year's experience in sales operations, sales management, and marketing operations.
  • P&C license is preferred, or willingness to obtain within 12 months of hire
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud).
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with databases.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience in digital marketing, data analysis, and process optimization preferred.
  • Ability to trend, analyze, and interpret data to drive business decisions.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $70,000 to $80,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
