Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including IT, regulatory affairs, and pharmacovigilance users—is essential to address technical and process-related issues. Additionally, training end users and adapting workflows to leverage Oracle Safety's capabilities can be demanding, but overcoming these hurdles leads to smoother safety data management and reporting.
