Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP QA/Test Lead to lead testing efforts for an Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud implementation. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing multiple testing cycles while ensuring a successful ERP rollout.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work closely with functional, technical, and business teams. Experience leading distributed teams, including offshore resources, is highly preferred.

 Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end testing activities for Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud implementations.
  • Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and regression testing.
  • Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), End User Testing (EUT), and production readiness.
  • Validate Finance, Procurement, and EPM business processes across multiple modules.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
  • Test integrations involving Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, FBDI/ADFDI, OTBI, and third-party systems.
  • Validate reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and Smart View.
  • Perform SQL-based data validation and reconciliation.
  • Lead defect triage, issue tracking, and resolution with development teams.
  • Support Oracle Cloud quarterly release testing and regression cycles.
  • Create testing dashboards, status reports, risk assessments, and executive-level presentations.
  • Identify opportunities for test automation and implement automated testing where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
 Required Skills
  • 15+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 12+ years of QA/Test experience.
  • 3+ years of Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud testing experience.
  • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Finance modules:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Cash Management (CM)
  • Experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud:
  • Purchasing (PO)
  • Self Service Procurement (SSP)
  • Experience testing Oracle EPM Cloud solutions such as:
  • Planning (PBCS/EPBCS)
  • FCCS
  • ARCS
  • PCM
  • Strong understanding of ERP business processes including:
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Record-to-Report (R2R)
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Strong SQL skills for data validation.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and ADFDI.
  • Experience validating BI Publisher, OTBI, FRS, and Smart View reports.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Postman, or JMeter.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud quarterly releases and regression testing.
  • Familiarity with OCI, Azure, or AWS cloud environments.
