Role: Lead Guidewire Quality Assurance Lead

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah – Onsite
Engagement: C2C or W2
Rate: Best market rate

We are seeking a senior Guidewire QA Lead with strong experience testing Property & Casualty insurance applications, particularly Commercial Lines and Workers’ Compensation products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead QA initiatives and improve testing strategies, processes and quality standards across the SDLC.
  • Work with client QA teams, developers, business analysts and offshore teams to review requirements and identify coverage gaps.
  • Design and execute test cases covering complex insurance rules, workflows and integrations.
  • Validate policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, claims, FNOL, reserves, checks and payment transactions.
  • Estimate manual testing efforts and ensure comprehensive functional, integration, regression and end-to-end coverage.
  • Validate Guidewire PolicyCenter functionality for Commercial Lines.
  • Support testing across ClaimCenter, BillingCenter and ContactManager.
  • Lead defect management, root-cause analysis and issue resolution.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
  • Mentor junior QA resources and ensure adherence to testing best practices.
