Job Description
Essential Functions:
  • Lead functional application resource for operational support and maintenance of the Oracle Cloud PPM application.
  • Design, maintain and troubleshoot the integrations from applications that interface to PPM, both within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP instance and from external systems, such as payroll, time and attendance and sales tax.
  • Maintain Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules related to PPM and General Ledger.
  • Design and configure Invoicing capabilities within Oracle Cloud PPM, understanding impact to other modules, such as General Ledger and Accounts Receivable.
  • Support Oracle Cloud PPM reconciliation activities to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with application and technical resources across ABM to manage data across disparate systems.
  • Perform analysis, design, documentation, and testing of enhancements associated with new or existing application functionality.
  • Perform unit testing and integrated system testing of updates and modifications to ensure that the specifications are met and that there are no unexpected or adverse impacts on application performance and functionality.
  • Be a liaison between end users and technical teams for project activity, as needed.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining end-user support documentation for designed solutions.
  • Actively participate in all phases of the application development life cycle and adhere to IT Change Management process.
  • Provide support by managing end user requests, monitoring service requests to ensure timely resolution of business issues.
  • Provide accurate estimates and timely updates to management.
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience:
  • 7+ years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
  • 3+ years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM.
  • Extensive experience with Oracle PPM contract and billing functions, supporting a shared services environment.
  • Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules that interface to Oracle PPM.
  • Working knowledge of integrations and extensions within Oracle Cloud, including Platform as a Service (PaaS).
  • Working experience and understanding of all phases of the application support and software development life cycle.
  • Working knowledge of data extracts and updates within single or multiple tables.

  • Solid understanding of IT General Controls and SOX compliance
  • Skills in relationship-building, teamwork, and collaboration.
  • Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and a continuous improvement mind-set.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
  • Comfortable with routinely shifting demands.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, results-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail, self-motivated, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Pay: $120,000-$140,000
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
