Job Summary:
Sonsoft Inc. is a USA based corporation specializing in Software Development, Software Consultancy, and Information Technology Enabled Services. They are seeking a technofunctional consultant with extensive experience in Oracle Service Cloud to provide functional and technical leadership, interact with customers, and guide team members in delivering customizations and integrations.
Responsibilities:
• Very strong technofunctional consultant who can Provide Functional/ Technical Leadership to RightNow Engagements
• Provide solutions for customizations/integrations in RightNow
• Interact directly with customers and peers across Oracle in arriving at optimum solution
• Gather technical requirements within service domain of CRM-CX
• Provide good technical and business advice to the customer at all times with respect to the final solution and its successful adoption
• Guide junior team-member in delivery of their customizations and ensure the solution approach is as per the best practices
• Picking new areas/product feature/technology that is applicable in Service Cloud
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of experience with IT.
Preferred:
• 5+ years in RightNow (including the latest release)
• 2+ years in PHP, HTML, CSS, Shell Scripting
• 4+ years in Integration (Batch, Real-time – SOAP, XML, Web Services, etc.)
• Add-In Development using RightNow Desktop Add-in framework
• Widget design
• Ability to configure the Oracle RightNow application
• Able to write and execute ROQL queries
• CRUD operations using Connect web services
• Should have worked on integration between different systems – CTI, Portal integration, SMS
• Should have strong functional skills
• Knowledge of Oracle Policy Automation/Oracle Knowledge/Social Relationship Management and Oracle Field Service Cloud would be an advantage
• Excellent Client handling skills
• Should have handled at least 3-4 projects involving complex UI customization, Complex integrations and High Volume Data Migration
• Strong CRM Domain Knowledge, with special focus on Service Domain
• Experience and expertise in Cloud Implementation
• Experience and expertise in driving requirements gathering, conducting workshop, Functional/ Technical documentation
• Language interfaces/ deployment in multi country setups
