Part-time

Posted 10 days ago

Job description

Application Deadline: August 7, 2026
Program Dates: September 8 or 14 - December 11, 2026
Start and end dates are flexible. Interns must be available to work part-time (10-29 hours/week) in person at the designated office location.
Our Emerging Talent Programs - including Internships and Trainee roles - provide hands-on opportunities for students and early-career professionals to contribute to the teams behind our film, television, and entertainment experiences.
These paid, seasonal assignments deliver meaningful, high-impact work designed to accelerate your growth. You'll take on real responsibilities, build practical skills, and gain exposure to the business through structured learning, executive engagement, and networking opportunities.
Our internship program is designed for students currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, as well as individuals seeking to deepen their education through immersive, professional experience in the entertainment industry.
Growth & Performance Marketing serves as the connective layer across all lines of business, identifying incremental revenue opportunities in media buying, social content deployment, and performance analytics that individual business units can't surface on their own. Interns on this team gain hands-on exposure to campaign execution, UTM/creative performance tracking, and cross-functional strategy work directly supporting company-wide revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management - Support the planning, execution, and tracking of paid and organic marketing campaigns across platforms, ensuring timelines, budgets, and performance goals are met.
  • Creative Strategy & Production Liaison - Bridge the gap between creative briefing and final production, helping translate performance insights into creative direction and ensuring assets are optimized for platform-specific performance from concept through launch.
  • Emerging Platform Experimentation - Research and test new and emerging marketing platforms and formats, running small-scale pilots to evaluate viability and recommend opportunities for broader adoption.

Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort working in spreadsheets/data (Excel, Google Sheets); familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools a plus
  • Interest in the technical side of marketing - platform mechanics, campaign structure, and performance metrics - over purely creative or brand-focused work
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns/timelines simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable learning new platforms and tools quickly

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., generative AI for creative production, AI-driven media buying/optimization platforms)
  • Basic understanding of automation concepts (workflow automation, scripting, or no-code tools like Zapier) as applied to campaign management or reporting
  • Exposure to prompt engineering or using AI tools to accelerate research, content generation, or data analysis
  • Coursework or self-directed projects involving Python, R, or other tools for data analysis/automation

The anticipated base salary for this position is $19/hour. This role may also qualify for comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
