Job description

Are you passionate about building cloud infrastructure that powers millions of customers? Do you enjoy leading high‑performing engineering organizations that design and operate mission‑critical distributed systems at massive scale? Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is looking for an experienced engineering leader to drive the strategy, development, and operations of our Tier‑0 Virtual Networking and Identity services.

In this role, you will lead multiple engineering teams responsible for core virtual networking Infrastructure services including, authentication and authorization. These highly available, low‑latency services are foundational to the OCI control plane and require exceptional reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.

As a Senior Director, you will define the long‑term technical vision, influence product strategy, and lead the execution of cloud‑scale distributed systems that support Oracle's rapidly growing cloud business. You'll partner closely with Product Management, Security, Networking, and other OCI engineering organizations to deliver innovative capabilities while maintaining the highest standards for availability, security, and customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple engineering teams responsible for Tier‑0 authentication, authorization, and virtual networking services.
  • Define the technical strategy and roadmap for critical OCI infrastructure services in partnership with Product Management.
  • Drive the architecture, development, and operation of highly available, secure, and scalable distributed systems.
