Oracle RMS QA Lead
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
1. Oracle RMS ver 16.x or higher
2. Jira, QMetry
3. Automation (Selenium, Karate Framework)
4. Test Case, Test Scenario definition
5. PL/SQL
6. Oracle RMS critical Data/Schema knowledge
7. Oracle RMS Item and Supplier Module expertise
Roles & Responsibilities
• Manual / Functional Testing: Lead end-to-end, SIT and module testing for Oracle RMS 16.x modules, specifically Item and Supplier.
• Automation testing: Setup the Automation framework, test scripts and data and manager automation testing of UI related functionalities
• Merchandising Domain Expertise: Apply strong functional knowledge of retail merchandising processes and how they are implemented in RMS.
• Quality Assurance & Best Practices: Establish and enforce testing best practices
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Functional Analysts and Business Stakeholders (e.g. merchandising, supply chain teams) to ensure adequate Test Covergae, test evidences, and Defect resolution.
• Documentation & Governance: Ensure all testing deliverables are well-documented.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
• Onshore/Offshore & Vendor Coordination: Effectively manage a distributed development team model.
• Team Leadership & Mentoring: Lead a testing team (including onshore and offshore engineers) by providing testing direction and day-to-day guidance.
