Looking for a highly experienced SCM Functional Lead with deep expertise in Order Management (OM), Inventory, Install Base, and Procurement modules within Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM). This role will be pivotal in designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive solutions to streamline supply chain processes across global and multi-organization environments. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of scalable, maintainable, and efficient solutions that align with enterprise business needs and drive operational excellence.

Your Role

  • Lead the design and implementation of Oracle SCM modules, focusing on Order Management, Inventory, Install Base, and Procurement.
  • Develop scalable and maintainable solutions to meet complex supply chain requirements in global organizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define processes and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Configure and implement OM processes, including sales order creation, pricing, orchestration, and fulfillment.
  • Design orchestration processes for internal and external order processing in a service logistics and Oracle Field service cloud
  • Integrate OM with downstream and upstream systems, ensuring seamless execution and reporting.
  • Oversee inventory setup, including item creation, transaction flows, warehouse management, and inventory tracking.
  • Implement best practices for lot and serial number traceability, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Configure and manage Oracle Install Base to track and maintain asset lifecycle information.
  • Enable seamless integration between Install Base and service, sales, and procurement processes.
  • Design and implement procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, orders, supplier onboarding, and contract management.
  • Ensure alignment of procurement practices with business policies and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Oracle SCM modules and other enterprise applications (e.g., Finance, Manufacturing, Service).
  • Design and deliver reporting solutions using OTBI, BI Publisher, or FAW to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize supply chain processes, incorporating Oracle Fusion best practices.
  • Stay updated on new Oracle Fusion SCM features and recommend their adoption to enhance system performance and usability.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and test scripts.
  • Perform and oversee testing, including UAT and regression testing, to ensure solution quality and stability.
Your Skills and Experience
  • 10+ years of experience with Oracle SCM modules, including Order Management, Inventory, Install Base, and Procurement.
  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering SCM solutions in global, multi-organization environments involving Service Logistics and Oracle Field Service Cloud
  • Demonstrated experience with Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, including configuration and integration.
  • Deep understanding of Order Management, including pricing, fulfillment, and orchestration.
  • Proficiency in Inventory and Install Base processes, with a focus on tracking, asset management, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Procurement, including supplier collaboration, requisitioning, and contract management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in large, global manufacturing environments with complex supply chain structures.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate cost structures and recommend process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of successful Oracle Fusion Supply Chain  implementations, including configurations and customizations.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed
  • Ability to work in a distributed team including vendor resources
  • Strong analytical and thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $ 73,150- $ 193,440
