About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Manufacturing Business Analyst to provide ongoing support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Manufacturing modules. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with modules such as Work in Process (WIP), Bill of Materials (BOM), Inventory, Discrete Manufacturing, Quality, MES, Services and Cost Management.

What You’ll Do:

Oracle EBS R12 Manufacturing:

  • Oracle Bills of Material (BOM): Manages the creation and maintenance of product structures, including components and subassemblies.
  • Oracle Work in Process (WIP): Manages and tracks the production process, including job scheduling, resource allocation, and production reporting.
  • Oracle Cost Management: Provides detailed cost tracking and analysis for manufacturing operations, including standard costing, actual costing, and variance analysis.
  • Oracle Inventory: Manages inventory levels, tracks inventory transactions, and ensures accurate inventory records.
  • Oracle Quality: Manages quality control processes, including inspections, tests, and quality reporting.
  • Oracle Manufacturing Execution System (MES): Provides real‑time shop floor control and execution capabilities, including work order management, labor tracking, and production reporting.
  • Oracle Discrete Manufacturing: Supports discrete manufacturing processes, including job‑based production, assembly, and component tracking.

On your first day, we’ll expect you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 15+ years of IT/Supply Chain systems experience with ERP expertise (Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud).
  • 10+ years of hands‑on experience with Planning, Manufacturing, and Inventory modules (Demand/Supply Planning, MPS, MRP, BOM, Work Orders, Inventory).
  • Strong functional knowledge of planning and manufacturing processes in discrete, project‑based manufacturing.
  • Query Tables: Retrieve data from different tables to comprehend the current system status.
  • Perform Data Integrity Checks: Detect data integrity problems, such as orphaned records.
  • Execute Ad‑hoc Queries: Conduct ad‑hoc queries to address business inquiries or supply data for decision‑making.

Compensation:

Salary range: Between $145,000.00 to $165,000.00 per year. Pay is based on several factors including geographical locations but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
