You Are:

A Security and Risk professional developing and delivering solutions that protect enterprise systems, applications, and data by establishing policies, practices, and tools that prevent unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification, or disruption.

Our Platform Security professionals develop and deliver solutions - including design and implementation of Security Roles, Segregation of Duties Analysis Rules, Security Role Provisioning solutions, Security Workflow, Business Process Controls, Security Analytics, Enterprise GRC Solutions, Automated External Application Scanning, and Automated Source Code Analysis - that minimize the impact of internal and external manipulation of applications to access, steal, modify, or delete sensitive data.

As a Security Manager focusing on platform security, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our enterprise applications including ERP, HCM, CX, and other critical business platforms. You will lead efforts in environment hardening, improving monitoring security testing, governance, risk, and compliance.

The Work (Key Responsibilities):

Develop, refine, and implement security strategies and solutions tailored to HCM and ERP within Oracle Cloud to protect sensitive business data.

Contribute to a strong client relationship through interactions with client personnel

Communicate expectations and provide direction to the client and engagement team.

Actively plan engagements, align deliverable expectations, contribute to engagement planning and verify that deliverables meet contract and work plan objectives.

Design and enforce strict security configurations and access controls, addressing security requirements adequately during cloud migration or setup.

Regularly review and refine security configurations, staying abreast of Oracle's product roadmaps, especially concerning security enhancements.

Develop and implement Risk Management Cloud access controls, configuration controls and/or transaction controls.

Monitor internal controls within Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Ability to independently create written deliverables and participate in presentations

Ability to recognize, qualify and communicate opportunities to sell "add-on" work

Here's What You Need (Basic Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and/or assessing Oracle Cloud security and SOD controls related to multiple versions of the Oracle Cloud application product suite.

Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Oracle Cloud Security, including role designing across functional and technical domain areas

Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Oracle Cloud product implementations and configurations.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Travel will be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Skills):

Industry-recognized Professional Security certification (e.g. CISA, CISSP).

Experience with business process risk & control design, implementation or assessment across various business cycles.

Certifications in Oracle Core HR, Oracle Financials, or Procurement.

Certified in Oracle Cloud Security Foundation or Professional.

Strong leadership and managerial skills.

Exceptional interpersonal and client relationship-building skills.

High-level proficiency in problem-solving and multitasking.

Proactive and adaptable to learning new technologies and industry trends.
