The Work:

As an Oracle Cloud O2C Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end order to cash (O2C) processes within Oracle environments. You will act as the day-to-day functional process lead and your work will involve analyzing current inventory management and accounts receivable business processes, assessing current state legacy application configuration, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing Oracle Cloud based solutions to streamline inventory management, order management, accounts receivable, and customer master data management procedures. You will collaborate closely with client order to cash teams to gather requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, document key design decisions, define future-state business processes, determine applicable Oracle Cloud configurations to support your solution, and create functional design specification documents for applicable RICE objects. You will also work closely with technical and cross-functional resources to ensure accurate data migration, system integration, and compliance with regulatory standards, while also troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.
 
Experience Oracle Cloud ERP, specifically, Customer Management, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Management, and Order Management modules is required for this role. Familiarity with process automation tools, data mapping techniques, and workflow optimization strategies will help you deliver efficient solutions. Experience with large-scale Oracle implementations, process documentation, and cross-functional team collaboration will further support your success as you drive continuous improvement initiatives and support business transformation efforts.
 
Responsibilities:
Provide expert consulting on O2C (Order to Cash) processes
Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud O2C solutions
Configure and implement Oracle Cloud O2C modules to meet client requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Cloud and third party solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Cloud O2C processes
Support end-users with training, documentation, and ongoing process improvements
Participate in system testing, data validation, and quality assurance activities
Stay updated on Oracle Cloud best practices and new application features related to O2C
