IAM Analyst (Remote | 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM EST, Saturday to Wednesday)
Location: Remote in the US

Shift: Saturday through Wednesday, 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM EST (One-hour meal break and two 15-minute breaks)
Duration: 1-Year Contract, potential to extend
Pay Rate: $28.00/hr to $33.00/hr
Benefits: 10-days of Accrued PTO, Federal Holiday Pay, Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance


Job Summary

We are seeking an IAM Analyst to support enterprise Identity & Access Management operations within a 24x7 Global Service Desk environment. This role focuses on authentication support, access security, identity lifecycle processes, and access governance across on-premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments. The position is fully remote and requires availability during the assigned shift.


Key Responsibilities:

Core Authentication Support

  • Handle password resets, account unlocks, and MFA enrollment/troubleshooting
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for authentication and access-related issues
  • Troubleshoot login failures, access denials, and identity-related incidents


Access & Identity Security

  • Validate user entitlements and support least-privilege access controls
  • Support joiner, mover, and leaver identity lifecycle processes
  • Assist with employee identity validation procedures
  • Participate in access reviews and certification activities


Escalation & Testing

  • Validate IAM-related escalations before routing to engineering or security teams
  • Support IAM testing activities related to security threats and vulnerability assessments
  • Monitor IAM systems for anomalies and assist with reporting and remediation efforts


Operational IAM Support

  • Administer users, groups, and permissions within Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
  • Fulfill access requests with appropriate approvals and documentation
  • Maintain documentation for IAM processes, policies, and troubleshooting procedures
  • Collaborate with Service Desk, Security, and Infrastructure teams


Required Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of IAM experience
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory (on-premises) and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Understanding of IAM concepts including RBAC, SSO, MFA, and least privilege
  • Familiarity with authentication protocols such as LDAP, Kerberos, and SAML
  • Experience troubleshooting identity, authentication, and access-related issues
  • Experience supporting IAM ticketing workflows and service delivery environments
  • Strong communication and documentation skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with IAM tools such as ServiceNow, SailPoint, or CyberArk
  • Basic PowerShell scripting experience
  • Exposure to security, compliance, or SOC processes
  • Experience working within a legal services environment
