Title: Oracle HCM Consultant

Location: Hybrid - Sleepy Eye, MN

Duration: 4 months

Description:

  • Configure, implement, and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules with a focus on: Scheduling, Manager Self-Service and Employee Self-Service
  • Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure effective system adoption.
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Provide user training and documentation support.
  • Participate in go-live and post-implementation support activities.
  • Assist with data migration, integration, and reporting as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Strong knowledge of Scheduling and Manager/Self-Service functionality
  • Ability to support configuration, testing, and user support
