Job description

Oracle AI Data Platform (AIDP) is building the foundation for enterprise data, analytics, machine learning, and generative AI workloads. AIDP brings together enterprise data, governed data management, large-scale data processing, AI/ML development, and agentic AI capabilities in a unified cloud platform.

We are looking for a Lead Principal Software Engineer to help define and build the next generation of Oracle AI Data Platform - Agent Hub.

This is a high-impact IC5 role for a senior engineer who will own the architecture and design of a mission-critical subsystem within the Agent Hub Execution Service. The work is deeply technical, highly visible, and central to the success of a platform that must deliver reliable, scalable, and intelligent multi-agent execution at enterprise quality.

In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of the core orchestration engine that coordinates multi-agent, multi-turn workflows. You will shape the technical direction for capabilities such as LangGraph-based orchestration, routing supervision, multi-task planning, A2A streaming execution, dynamic MCP loading and execution, skill blending, replanning, reflection, synthesis, human-in-the-loop support, guardrails, LLM configuration, and chat history management. Your work will ensure that these components operate together as a cohesive system that produces accurate, predictable, and reliable results.

This position is ideal for an engineer who thrives on solving complex platform problems, driving architectural decisions, and translating ambiguous product goals into robust technical execution. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and platform stakeholders to define the right architecture, de-risk delivery, and accelerate roadmap execution for a strategic AI initiative.
