Job description

Acute Care Technology
As the Oracle Service Architect, you will serve as the lead Oracle Cloud ERP Service Solution Architect and the primary subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Service modules.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end solution architecture, ensuring that design, configurations, and integrations are aligned with ZOLL's strategic business objectives and long-term operational roadmap.
This role requires a unique combination of deep functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP Field Service, Service Contracts, and Repair modules, hands-on configuration expertise, and the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from design through deployment and ongoing support.
Your primary mission is to design robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions, with a particular emphasis on the core Oracle Cloud ERP Field Service, Service Contracts, Depot Repair, and Territory Management modules.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and participate in all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, and post production support.
• Demonstrated success in integrating Oracle Fusion Service to streamline and enhance field service operations, ensuring seamless connectivity between back-office systems and on-site service execution.
• Proven expertise in deploying Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions to optimize scheduling, enable real-time tracking, and support predictive maintenance for field teams-resulting in improved stakeholder satisfaction and increased operational efficiency.
• Demonstrates the ability to align Oracle Fusion Service and Oracle Field Service Cloud strategies with organization-wide initiatives, enabling innovative service delivery models and delivering measurable business value.
• Perform hands-on configuration of Oracle Cloud Field Service, Service Contracts, Territory Management, and Depot Repair modules to meet evolving business requirements.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with Oracle's leading practices. Provide advisory guidance to project teams on functional and configuration decisions.
• Translate complex technical and functional concepts into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders. Manage expectations and drive successful delivery outcomes.
• Demonstrate broad expertise across Oracle Service and Repair modules, with deep specialization and understanding in Discrete Manufacturing.
• Diagnose and resolve complex system issues, especially within Service modules, and develop effective, long-term solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams, business users, and leadership to ensure alignment and successful execution of Service initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or engineering required, master's degree in a related field preferred
• 15+ years of Oracle Supply Chain experience, including 5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud Service. Oracle Cloud Service Certification(s) preferred.
• Extensive functional and configuration experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Field Service, Depot Repair, Service Contracts, and Territory Management
• Proven ability to lead complex projects through full implementation lifecycles.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills within the Oracle Service side.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications (CX, ERP, HCM) is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently, drive decisions, and influence teams across the organization.
The annual salary for this position is:
$125,100.00 to $165,000.00
