Join a high-impact team as a Senior Oracle GoldenGate Database Administrator, supporting mission-critical, large-scale Oracle environments in a dynamic UNIX-based setting. This role offers the chance to lead complex database replication and performance optimization initiatives in a financial institution, leveraging advanced Oracle GoldenGate solutions and the latest Oracle 19c and 23AI technologies. Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and maintain robust Oracle RAC and GoldenGate 23AI environments for high availability and disaster recovery.
- Lead performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization for large-scale Oracle databases to ensure optimal system performance.
- Execute seamless upgrades and migrations of Oracle RAC and GoldenGate environments, including Dataguard configurations.
- Develop and maintain shell and Perl scripts to automate routine database administration tasks.
- Manage on-call pager duty rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
- Utilize Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), Toad, and SQL Developer to monitor, maintain, and enhance database performance.
