Located in Milwaukee's Menomonee River Valley, Villa Palermo is a state-of-the industry manufacturing facility that adjoins our company headquarters.
Our high-tech pizza manufacturing operations include an on-site bakery to produce best-in-class crusts, robotic packaging equipment, and a 24-hour shipping and receiving facility.
Our on-site Procurement team is a vital partner responsible for sourcing raw materials needed to keep the pizza lines running.

We are currently searching for an Associate Buyer to join our Procurement Team. Hours are primarily during 1st shift but may involve working with vendors outside of these hours.
What you'll do...
  • Coordinate purchasing activities for raw materials, packaging, and supplies
  • Maintain accurate purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Assist in sourcing new vendors and evaluating supplier performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, specifications, and food safety standards
  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain purchasing reports and documentation
  • Support Buyer and Senior Buyer with vendor communication, order tracking, and data analysis
