Job Profile Summary

Provides leadership for Engineering Technical Analysts responsible for Product Information Management (PIM), product master data governance, ERP business processes, reporting, and system optimization. Oversees a team supporting daily operations, continuous improvement initiatives, and enterprise system enhancements within Oracle Fusion and related systems.

Essential Job Functions
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Engineering Technical Analysts.
  • Serve as the functional leader for Oracle Fusion PIM and product master data governance.
  • Establish priorities, allocate resources, and execute departmental goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement, automation, and data quality initiatives.
  • Manage KPIs and organizational performance.
  • Lead change management and workflow governance activities.
  • Oversee testing and deployment of Oracle Fusion enhancements.
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve business and system challenges.
  • Support reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Promote ODL values and accountability.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of ERP, PIM, or business systems experience.
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong Oracle Fusion knowledge, preferably PDH/PIM.
  • Experience with OTBI, FBDI, Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
  • Expertise in continuous improvement and problem solving.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
