Job Description
About the Role:
The Senior Analyst, Oracle Finance Data and Cloud will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise for Oracle Cloud ERP and other Finance applications, delivering enhancements, and supporting Finance roadmap projects.
Responsibilities of the Role:
  • Act as a lead in one or more Finance work stream, supporting system enhancements, project delivery and BAU system support activities for Oracle ERP and other Finance applications
  • Collect, document and analyze business requirements and approve Lean specifications created by technology team
  • Configure and maintain application setups and maintain supporting documentation
  • Perform impact analysis on Oracle Cloud ERP quarterly patches and provide recommendations on new features that Invesco should consider implementing
  • Keep up-to-date on new Oracle AI offerings and provide functional guidance to enable new AI features, including AI Agents
  • Leverage Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI and FDI to provide business insights
  • Foster and maintain productive relationships with technology teams and business partners
  • Provide operational support for Concur Expense Management, handling incident resolution, executing enhancements, and performing necessary administrative tasks
  • Leverage reporting tools to publish monthly Concur reporting
  • Gain understanding of finance applications such as Treasury Management System, Revport and others and provide support and deliver enhancements

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle ERP applications, including 2+ years in Oracle Cloud ERP
  • Expertise in at least 2 of the following Oracle ERP modules: GL, FAH, AP, CM, PO, iProcurement, AR, FA, PA, Intercompany
  • BS Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or other related field
  • Experience supporting SAP Concur Expense (configuration, audit rules, per diem setup) preferred
  • Experience with Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI and FDI
  • Experience leading cross-org discussions and working with a matrixed team of stakeholders
  • Expertise in communicating, building influence, and developing relationships with business and technology leaders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with relational databases, SQL and reports development preferred
  • Experience in Financial Services or Investment Management industries preferred
  • Experience working in/with a shared service center supporting global operations is highly preferred
