Job description

Job Title: Oracle Fusion Data Analytics Consultant
Must Have:
  • Oracle FDI- Have experience building Supply chain, Finance and HCM related reports in Oracle.
  • Experienced candidates who can jump right in and be independent and pick up report build without a lot of oversight.
  • We use customized subject areas for FDI build and the candidates need to understand how to read the hierarchies in the Chart of accounts and apply reasonability.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, Financial Reporting Studio, Smart View).
  • Hands-on experience in building reports inOracle SCM,Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), andHCMmodules.
  • Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion data models and subject areas.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), or other BI platforms.
  • Knowledge of security and data access management within Oracle Fusion.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Oracle Cloud certification(s) in relevant areas.


Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-orientedOracle Fusion Data Analytics Consultantto design, develop, and maintain data reports and dashboards across Oracle Fusion modules, with a focus onSupply Chain Management (SCM),Finance, andHuman Capital Management (HCM). The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and reporting tools, with a strong understanding of business processes across these functional areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Reports:Create complex OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, and Financial Reporting Studio reports and dashboards for SCM, Finance, and HCM domains.
  • Data Integration & Analysis:Extract and transform data from Oracle Fusion Cloud applications to deliver insightful analytics supporting business decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and end-users to gather reporting requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Optimize Reporting Performance:Ensure reports and dashboards are optimized for performance and accuracy, adhering to data governance standards.
  • Support & Troubleshooting:Provide ongoing support for existing reports and dashboards, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and enhancements.
  • Documentation:Maintain comprehensive documentation for data flows, report definitions, and user guides.
