Role Summary
Mavenir is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Techno-Functional Oracle R12 EBS developer with expertise in Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to join our Enterprise Application team. As a Technical Developer, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our Oracle ERP R12 EBS and Oracle EPM systems, ensuring that technical development and support are effectively handled.
You must be a self-starter, able to communicate effectively with team members and business users, and eager to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, high-growth technology company.
The ideal candidate is extremely proactive, driven, well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Candidate should either work in the US CST or EST time zone or be willing to support the majority of the CST daytime from India.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oracle Financials Management: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Oracle Financials to support and maintain the financial systems, including general ledger & subledger (AR/AP/FA/CM/GL etc.) modules.
  • Works on day to day technical support activities in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay Oracle R12 EBS environment.
  • Provides strong technical knowledge expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Sql tuning, XML/BI Publisher, Oracle Reports
  • Effectively communicates and guides business users by providing functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.
  • Provides production support to business users in USA, UK, Israel and India.
  • Provides on-call support at off-hours in case of production issues and work with offshore team in India/Israel.
  • Oracle EPM - Account Reconciliation: Ensure accurate and timely financial EPM reconciliation support and have strong knowledge with file based integration Oracle R12 and EPM, and ad-hoc analyses using Oracle and EPM tools. Support internal and external audits as required.
  • Training and Support - EPM: Provide training and support to finance and non-finance users on Oracle and EPM systems, ensuring proper system utilization and adherence to best practices. Act as a subject matter expert, troubleshoot system issues, and address user inquiries effectively.

Job Requirements
Minimum 8+ years of professional work experience in corporate finance (specifically financial planning & analysis) and/or accounting.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a self-starter.
  • Excellent knowledge of Oracle Financials modules and Oracle EPM Cloud tools. Needs to have functional expertise to use Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Finance Planning Modules knowledge.
  • Can think strategically while managing with a sense of urgency through ambiguities.
  • Oracle ERP R12 knowledge - Finance Business User
  • Experience in Oracle financial modules will be preferred. Specifically, functional knowledge with AR, AP, GL, FA modules. It will be plus to have PO and INV knowledge.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/software engineering, Finance or equivalent
  • Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business processes, and ability to work in a customized Oracle Applications Environment.
  • Proficient in writing Technical Design Documents, well-versed with AIM /OUM documentation templates and standards.
  • Experience in writing Test cases and execution of test scenarios
  • Experience in opening, managing, and resolving Oracle SR's with Oracle Support
  • Strong data modeling, data warehouse design experience to design and maintain Universes (PLUS )
  • Strong SQL or PL/SQL experience
  • Superior know-how of release management and deployment process
  • Know-how and ability to design and develop user access path and systems
