Position Description

The Oracle EBS Technical Lead is responsible for the architecture, development, and integration of Oracle EBS applications. This role ensures reliable system integrations, performance optimization, and secure technical operations across the FMS-NG ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 10+ years of Oracle EBS technical experience
  • Strong expertise in PL/SQL, APIs, and integrations
  • Experience with AWS-hosted applications
  • Knowledge of federal security frameworks (NIST 800-53, FISMA)

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage system integrations (IPP, Treasury, Travel, G-Invoicing, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain APIs, interfaces, and custom applications
  • Lead patching, upgrades, and Oracle SR management
