Job description

We are looking for a skilled Oracle HCM Configuration Analyst to join our global HR Technology team. This role focuses on the end-to-end configuration and support of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), ensuring a high-quality experience for users across multiple countries.

The ideal candidate is a technical-functional professional who can navigate the complexities of Oracle Verified Integrations (OVI), write Fast Formulas, and apply Design Thinking to solve business problems. You will work with HR stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions while ensuring seamless integration with Core HR.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, with at least 2 full-lifecycle implementations or significant support experience in ORC across multiple countries.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of Recruiting, Recruiting Booster and Onboarding business processes.
  • Technical Skills: Proven ability to write Fast Formulas and experience managing OVI vendor integrations.
  • Release Management: Demonstrated experience managing the Oracle quarterly update cycle, including testing and feature adoption.
  • Design Mindset: Familiarity with Design Thinking or user-centric design methodologies.

This position is a salary grade 8. 

This position is leadership level 8 and ranges from $115,000-$192,900.

  • Develop HCM Extracts and BI Publisher reports to support recruiting data needs.
  • Utilize HDL (HCM Data Loader) for data migrations and mass updates.
