Info Way Solutions is seeking an Oracle DBA with extensive experience in database replication tools. The role involves design, documentation, development, and maintenance activities for the Department's selected replication tool, along with responsibilities such as database administration, performance tuning, and complex problem resolution.
Responsibilities:
• Reviewing mappings, workflow development, tuning for performance and durability and error handling/ resolution, support and maintenance.
• Experience in Oracle database administration
• Experience working in UNIX operating system
• Experience in working with different versions of Oracle databases with experience in setting up successful replications.
• Experience in Unix/Linux scripting and configuring database and servers
• Ability to work with multiple teams.
• Ability to work independently and to resolve complex Oracle issues
• Ability to effectively diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex problems pertaining to data infrastructure
• Ability to write SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages and Database Triggers
• Ability to Tune Oracle SQL and PL/SQL performance
• Experience in logical database design and data models
• Advanced experience with ETL and data transformation solutions
• Experience with Physical Data guard setup and knowledge of Snapshot stand y databases.
