Overview:
Job Description:
Senior Data Modeler familiar with Erwin and modeling of relational and dimensional models. The candidate should also be familiar with data governance practices and metadata used for data management. This position is to help redesign an existing Dispute Management system.
expertise in logical and physical data modeling (ER)
Minimum of 7+ years demonstrated proficiency using Erwin Data Modeling tool or comparable
experience in developing and deploying to operational environments
experience in a multi-terabyte computing environment
Minimum of 7+ years of experience with a large scale DBMS( Oracle, Aurora Postgres, Snowflake, etc.)
Minimum of 7+ years of working experience in SQL and PL/SQL a must
Minimum of 5+ years of experience with change management procedures and Agile SDLC is a must
Minimum of 2+ years experience in a lead role
Experience with data governance for design standardization and metadata management
Preferred Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication, with an ability to present and discuss technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding.
Solid interpersonal, negotiating, and marketing skills to work with users, senior management, and external personnel on significant matters, often requiring coordinated activity across organizational lines.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques in a highly complex environment using technology and/or integrating diverse user systems.
