Senior Workday Integrations Consultant — Permanent (Evergreen, USA)

Location: United States — remote / hybrid / client‑site (role dependent)

Employment type: Permanent — direct hire; evergreen search for multiple US clients

Who we’re building: A US talent pool of senior Workday Integrations consultants for permanent roles in Workday consulting and enterprise implementation teams. We welcome certified Workday Integration Consultants and strong integration engineers from other ecosystems who can demonstrate relevant delivery experience and the ability to learn Workday patterns quickly.

What you’ll do

  • Design, build and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors and web services.
  • Translate functional requirements into robust integration designs and technical specifications.
  • Deliver end‑to‑end integration solutions in collaboration with functional consultants, PMs and client stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot, optimise and document integration flows and data mappings.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical standards and best practices.

Must have

  • Permanent‑hire interest and right to work in the United States.
  • 3+ years of hands‑on integration delivery experience in enterprise SaaS projects.
  • Practical experience with integration technologies (Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, SOAP/REST, XML/XSLT or equivalent).
  • Strong problem solving, debugging and testing skills.
  • Client‑facing consulting or delivery experience; clear communicator.
