Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data profiling and quality assessments for completeness, accuracy, duplicates, outliers, and inconsistencies.
  • Audit databases and investigate data load/retrieval issues and recurring data errors.
  • Develop data validation, cleansing, and remediation recommendations.
  • Document database architecture, metadata, data elements, and Oracle data dictionary information.
  • Create data quality KPIs, reports, and dashboards to track data health.
  • Create and review SQL scripts and use Python for data analysis and automation.
  • Collaborate with Data Architects, Data Modelers, BI teams, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years โ€“ Data Profiling & Data Quality Assessment
  • 5+ years โ€“ SQL / Oracle PL/SQL
  • 5+ years โ€“ Metadata Discovery & Documentation
  • 3+ years โ€“ Python
  • 5+ years โ€“ Database Design Concepts
  • Experience with Oracle, DB2, and/or SQL Server
  • Experience with Oracle Data Dictionary Views
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
