A Manager works within an engagement team and is responsible for identifying the organization's needs, breaking down large scale projects to manageable tasks, working out which IT products to use based on cost benefit analysis and research, agreeing plans with the clients, explaining to designers and developers what's required and overseeing the progress, producing documents that monitor progress and ensure the quality of the project and advising the client on managing future IT needs. Responsibilities include, among others, managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, process flow mapping), user story development, prototyping, testing, data migration, preparation for cutover, cutover, training, and defining support procedures.
  • Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and help drive pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal scope and pricing strategies.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,500 to $265,100.
