In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with objectives
• Engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope and foster consensus for successful outcomes
• Evaluate and refine project management processes by incorporating best practices for improved efficiency and effectiveness
• Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies to enhance project outcomes and mitigate organizational risks
• Monitor project margins and ensure alignment between actual performance and financial targets
• Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive Go-to-Market strategies
• Engage in resource allocation, and set performance objectives to align team efforts with project goals
• Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps to ensure smooth adoption of project-driven transformations

Key Skills:
• Hands-on experience in Inventory Management Cloud, Order Management Cloud, Purchasing, Supply Chain Planning
• Must have implementation experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle cloud.
• Required to have at least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle SCM modules (Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, Supply Chain Planning).
• Led at least two full cycle Oracle cloud implementations as a finance lead/architect.
• Understanding of Oracle Project Methodology (OUM) and agile and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT etc.)
• Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements and analysis, preparing functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions.
Preferred Skill and Experience
• Experience with legacy ERP to Cloud migration or hybrid multi-ERP environments.
• Exposure to Supply Chain transformation programs
• Familiarity with SOX compliance, audit controls, and governance frameworks.
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
