Job description

CX - Subscription Management Functional Consultant

Job Description – Oracle Subscription Management Role is to implement and configure Oracle Subscription Management (OSS) within Oracle Fusion Cloud. Manage end-to-end subscription lifecycle including creation, amendments, renewals, and terminations.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.

Configure subscription products, pricing models, billing schedules.

Design and support recurring, Usage-based billing and invoicing processes.

Integrate Subscription Management with Oracle Order Management, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Revenue Management (RMCS) Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation between legacy and Oracle systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues across subscription and billing modules.

Prepare functional documentation, test cases, and support UAT activities.

Required skills:

Should have 7+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation with at least 3 full life cycle Oracle Cloud implementation experience.

Should have full life cycle implementation experience of Oracle Subscription Management (OSS).

Should be familiar with Oracle Cloud Order Management, fulfilment, Order Orchestration and Receivables to execute cross functional testing.

Good communicator and ability to travel as need.

Remote, travel as needed to California and Delaware.

20 hours/week.
