Job Title: Oracle Cloud Demand Management Consultant/Lead

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Demand Management Consultant with expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle Demand Management Cloud (DMC) and a strong understanding of demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement, configure, and support Oracle Cloud Demand Management (DMC) solutions.
  2. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  3. Configure forecasting methods, demand plans, planning measures, and hierarchies.
  4. Work with business stakeholders to design demand planning and forecasting processes.
  5. Configure collections, planning parameters, calendars, and organizations.
  6. Integrate Demand Management with Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, and other Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
  7. Perform CRP/UAT testing, data validation, and user training.
  8. Support production issues, enhancements, and system optimization.
  9. Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, and user manuals.
  10. Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data conversions.
  11. Participate in end-to-end implementation, rollout, and support projects.

Required Skills
  1. 4-20 years of Oracle SCM experience with at least 2-3 years in Oracle Cloud Demand Management.
  2. Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning modules.
