As a Customer Success Associate Consultant, you will participate in the Customer Success Associate Development Program (CSADP), an immersive development experience that combines structured learning, hands-on practice, coaching, and customer exposure. The program builds enhanced communication skills, practical NetSuite expertise, business acumen, consulting methodology/process discipline, AI fluency, and trusted-advisor skills so you can move beyond system configuration to help customers make better decisions, adopt solutions faster, and achieve stronger outcomes. Successful associates learn to structure ambiguity, generate solutions, challenge assumptions, build trust, and guide customers through transformation.
Responsibilities
What You Will Do
• Deliver high-quality NetSuite implementations by applying industry-specific business processes, practical AI fluency, credible domain expertise, and human-centered consulting excellence.
• Engage customers with curiosity and empathy to understand their goals, ask thoughtful discovery questions, and translate business needs into practical NetSuite solutions.
• Support solution design, configuration, testing, documentation, adoption, and post-go-live improvement activities across a variety of customers and industries.
• Communicate recommendations and next steps clearly to customer stakeholders, including finance, operations, technology, and end-user teams.
• Use data, structured problem-solving, and sound judgment to navigate ambiguity, test assumptions, and improve project outcomes.
• Collaborate across teams, seek and act on feedback, and consistently deliver a high standard of service, professionalism, and follow-through.
• Work toward defined quality, customer satisfaction, utilization, and development goals while continuously strengthening your consulting capabilities.

Who You Are
A recent graduate with a bachelor's degree. Preferred fields include Economics, Business Technology or MIS, Finance, Accounting or Accounting Information Systems, Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, Data Science, or another discipline that demonstrates strong analytical and business foundations and a passion for launching a consulting career.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $24.62 to $50.43 per hour; from: $51,200 to $104,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
