• Experience in service cloud areas like oracle service cloud, app overview, customs script, custom process model cpm,customer portal configuration
• Navigation panes, ribbons, explorers and help
• Initial setup
• Navigation sets profiles, permissions and queue
• Staff accounts /groups and pwds
• Customizable menus and values
• Oracle service cloud core functionalities /business rules/ functions
• Displaying and editing records ...
• Workplace rules and triggers
• Dynamics adjust display and values
• Custom objects and relationships/ packages and deployment
• Creating and monitoring answers and knowledge base
• Sla / response times and holidays
• Strong coding skills in dotnet or php or java or bootstrap technologies
• People familiar with angular js will be preferred
