GA DPH Programmer Analyst 3 (774929) Oracle PL/SQL
Metro Atlanta GA
*MUST be local to Metro Atlanta*
The Georgia Department of Public Health is seeking to hire an experienced Oracle PL/SQL/Apex developer to continue to support Syndromic Surveillance (SS), a module built within the Georgia State Electronic Notifiable Disease Surveillance System (SendSS). SendSS, a home-grown system is currently going through a modernization effort and is moving away from PL/SQL and will be redeveloped using Oracle Apex. The developer will be expected to work with the soon to retire legacy developer of the SS module to fully understand the mechanics, take ownership of the module and continue to support the staff who use it while redesigning the functionality within the Apex Framework.
