Description

User Support in troubleshooting both application and business process issues 

Construct functional specifications from Business Requirements 

Using standard methodologies, analyze user operational procedures to develop functional systems requirements, and advise and instruct other staff responsible for such development 

Assist with month, quarter, and year end close process 

Identify and document application integration requirements 

Identify innovative solutions to business issues in technical development 

Improve process flow and user documentation for different oracle related modules and enhance user knowledge and competency 

Maintain a stable and accurate Oracle Applications production instance that meets the User's needs 

Create and manage My Oracle Service Requests as required 

Monitoring alerts to before any critical functions fail 

Other duties as assigned based on business needs: i.e., special projects, Enhancements etc. 


Requirements: 


In depth knowledge of Oracle Applications modules, particular Pricing, OM and Purchasing . Experience in INV, Quoting, Costing are highly desired. 

Should have end to end experience and understanding of Quote to Cash cycle. 

Ability to assess Pricing requirements and provide a recommendation based on the technical feasibility. 

Assume ownership on functional design and perform tasks as required in support of the pricing transformation. 

Work with the technical team to deliver scalable, optimized Pricing solutions for complex and dynamic business scenarios. 

Accumulated experience on designing solutions for complex pricing/costing requirements in standard oracle functionalities and custom models. 

Provide functional/ technical recommendations based on the mandate to transform the existing pricing structure/capability to ensure scalability, operational efficiency and drive continuous process improvements subsequent to the implementation. 

Proficient at developing and executing business process specific test scenarios 

Demonstrated proficiency authoring basic to complex queries in SQL and understanding of PL/SQL
