Job description

Bring your clinical expertise to patients who need it most — on a schedule that respects your time. As our Registered Dietitian, you’ll deliver personalized, evidence-based nutrition care across a variety of healthcare settings, partnering closely with physicians, nurses, and the broader care team to help patients recover faster and live healthier. Our staffing needs are flexible - we can accommodate either part-time or full-time hours. We have a top-notch clinical team, interesting patients and want to enlist an RDN who wants meaningful clinical variety, autonomy, and the flexibility to build a schedule around their life.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients with a wide range of medical conditions.
  • Design and implement individualized nutrition care plans grounded in clinical guidelines and best practice.
  • Partner with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to weave nutrition into the full picture of patient care.
  • Educate and counsel patients and families on dietary changes, medical nutrition therapy, and healthy eating habits.
  • Track patient progress and adjust care plans to keep outcomes on track.
  • Keep documentation accurate, timely, and audit-ready in the EHR.
  • Stay current on nutrition research and best practices to keep care evidence-based.
What You’ll Bring (Requirements)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Completed accredited dietetic internship or supervised practice program.
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • Active state license or certification to practice as a dietitian in [State].
  • Solid working knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and clinical nutrition principles.
Nice to Have
  • Master’s degree in Nutrition, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Experience in acute care, long-term care, or outpatient clinical settings.
  • Comfort working with EHR systems and nutrition analysis software.
  • Specialty certification in pediatric, renal, or oncology nutrition.
  • A natural communicator who connects easily with patients and families from all backgrounds.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
  • Competitive pay and generous benefits, including Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental, & Vision coverages, as well as other voluntary plans
  • Flexible scheduling and FREE parking
  • Work alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary care team that values your clinical voice.
