Job description

Location: Franklin, TN
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour (Paid Weekly)
Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday | 7:30 AM until work is completed (typically around 2:00 PM)

We're looking for a dependable Associate Pharmacy Clerk to join a busy Optum pharmacy team in Franklin, TN. In this role, you'll help ensure patients receive their medications accurately and on time by packing and preparing approximately 250โ€“300 prescription orders each day.

Responsibilities:

  • Pack prescription orders accurately by following computer prompts.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail to prevent packing errors.
  • Arrive on time and ready to begin production at the scheduled start time.
  • Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
  • Lift up to 40 pounds approximately 30โ€“40 times per day.
  • Stand for extended periods (up to 7 hours per shift).
  • Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with the pharmacy team.
  • Follow workplace safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
