Our consultants bring deep expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI. We are seeking an experienced and AI-fluent seasoned lifesciences professional to take end-to-end ownership of designing and building data architecture and data products for our client. In this role, you will lead the development of an AI-ready data analytics ecosystem, drive business solutions at the intersection of data and complex processes, and play a critical role in expanding our footprint by cultivating strong client relationships and identifying new adjacencies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
      • Architectural Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of data architecture and innovative data products tailored to therapeutic areas.
      • AI & Engineering Innovation: Leverage AI fluency and advanced engineering tools to build "Art of the Possible" MVPs that solve critical business problems.
      • Solution Delivery: Utilize "Vibe Coding" and Vibe Engineering tools to streamline development and analytics.
      • Business Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders within Life Sciences Commercial Sales & Marketing.
      • Relationship Management: Manage and expand client relationships, identifying business opportunities to grow the account.
      • Team Leadership: Oversee delivery for a significantly large team spanning both onsite and offshore resources.

Requirements
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong Life Sciences domain background, specifically in Commercial Sales & Marketing.
  • Deep expertise in Data Products and Data Analytics, including fluency with Pharma Data Sources. including: Claims and Prescriber data (e.g., IQVIA Xponent, Plantrak, LAAD, PE), Execution data (e.g., Veeva CRM), Real-World Data (RWD) sources such as TriNetX, Flatiron, Optum, and Komodo. Specialty Pharmacy data and Payer Formulary (MMIT) data.
  • Proven experience across one or more of the following: Oncology, Vaccines, Infectious Diseases, Cardiometabolic and Respiratory Diseases, Immunology, Neuroscience, and Ophthalmology.
  • Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience
