RESPONSIBILITIES - HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE VISION:

As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Fait Distribution in your region. Using a consultative approach, you'll partner with eye care practices and retailers to deliver personalized solutions from our digital optical lab, optical lens portfolio, and nationwide contact lens distribution services. This is a ?eld-based sales position where you will be visiting o?ces throughout your territory daily.

Build meaningful connections with optometrists and practice sta?

Prospect and cold call within a de?ned territory to grow your account base

Schedule appointments and deliver impactful presentations

Understand each account's unique needs and o?er tailored solutions

Drive growth by introducing new products and services

Collaborate with vendor partners and reps to identify new opportunities

Serve as an advisor-supporting practices with integrity and expertise

QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES:

We're looking for someone who is:

Bachelor's degree

1+ year of successful B2B sales experience

Proven track record of managing a territory and closing deals

Experience in the optical or medical device industry is a plus

A natural relationship builder and strong communicator

Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven

Adaptable and responsive to client needs

Comfortable with prospecting and cold calling

Able to work independently while being a team player
