Pay and Benefits:

  • Base salary plus performance-based production bonus (annual pay range of $150,000.00 to 162,000.00)
  • Mon-Fri
  • Full health insurance coverage for the doctor
  • 401(k) plan with a 4% match
  • Paid dues for the Indiana Optometry Association and AOA
  • Two weeks of paid time off plus two personal days
  • Seven paid holidays (in addition to PTO)
  • Paid malpractice insurance
  • Continuing education support, including covered hours and paid attendance
