About the Role:

We are in search of a seasoned E-commerce Manager to spearhead our client's online sales and digital marketing endeavors. The E-commerce Manager will play a pivotal role in devising and executing strategies to bolster online revenue, elevate user experience, and expand our e-commerce footprint. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of premium woodworking tools and premium brands such as FESTOOL, FELDER, HAMMER, FORMAT 4, and MAYER.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attain and surpass sales targets for the e-commerce segment.

- Oversee day-to-day operations of our client's e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal user experience and driving sales on ultimatetools.ca.

- Identify and leverage cutting-edge technologies such as AI, SMS, chat, and Shopify and NetSuite extensions to enhance the e-commerce landscape.

- Supervise the design, development, and upkeep of the Shopify website, ensuring functionality and security.

- Ensure accurate representation of product information on the website.

- Monitor web analytics and internal data sources to assess performance metrics and identify areas for enhancement.

- Collaborate with marketing to devise and implement strategic roadmaps for traffic generation, encompassing SEO, PPC, and content marketing initiatives.
